I edited the documentary short for Ruth E. Carter: Afrofuturism in Costume Design, which involved extensive research to ensure an accurate portrayal of Carter’s impactful work. The edit incorporated sound design to enhance the storytelling, along with varying color grading to capture the vibrant and dynamic nature of her designs. I created motion graphics to visually represent the fusion of Afrofuturism and costume design, further enriching the viewer’s experience. This project was a comprehensive effort, blending creative and technical elements to highlight Carter’s groundbreaking contributions to film and fashion.
