Sound Off!

Since 2022, I have edited and produced the Sound Off! Orientation Promo Project and Sound Off! Showcase at MOPOP. Sound Off! is a legendary program that has amplified the Northwest’s most powerful young voices for 25 years. This program helps launch young artists’ careers, securing them festival slots, music label deals, and industry recognition—like past participant Lucia Flores-Wiseman, who performed on The Voice. The Orientation Promo Project is a series of promotional videos where 21-and-under musicians share their work and creative journeys before the Sound Off! Showcase. The Sound Off! Showcase event culminates in a dynamic showcase of young bands, open to all ages and supported by organizations like KEXP, London Bridge Studios, and Timber Outdoor Music Festival. I’ve handled production, including set design, sound, and lighting for the Promo Project, as well as color grading and overall post-production editing. I also film and edit the event showcase.
