Since 2021, I have filmed MOPOP’s annual Founders Award gala, now titled Icons of Pop Culture, which honors artists who have made outstanding contributions to popular music. This benefit event raises funds for MOPOP’s youth education programs, community engagement, and exhibitions. I have produced, filmed, and edited content for the gala, capturing performances and speeches from high-profile figures such as Quincy Jones, Krist Novoselic, and Janelle Monáe. My work helps showcase the impact of these honorees while supporting MOPOP’s mission to celebrate and preserve pop culture.
